​This Digital Product Agreement (the"Agreement") contains the terms and conditions for the specific digital product you will have delivered to your email from Empowered Montessori LLC.  This agreement is not meant to replace the Terms and Conditions on this Website, but rather to provide additional terms related to your specific product.  Specifically, these terms determine the printing and sharing permissions for each file in a set in the Life Journey Series.  

All permissions listed in this Agreement refer to your license, which is a single license (not a school or collaborative/group license).  This non-exclusive, non-transferable license grants permission for personal or educational use within a single household or classroom (defined as ≤30 students). Classroom use applies to a single physical location with ≤30 students. Homeschool use is limited to members of one household.  Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is prohibited. 

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Empowered Montessori LLC. Licensees may not claim ownership, alter branding, or create derivative works without written consent. The sharing in any form of our copyrighted material is not permitted without the written permission of Empowered Montessori LLC. Violation of sharing restrictions will result in immediate license termination and may incur statutory damages up to $30,000 per work under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c).  Sharing includes distributing copies, granting access via shared drives, or transmitting files to non-licensees. Permitted sharing is limited to temporary demonstration in educational settings.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New York, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ulster County, New York pursuant to AAA rules.

Digital products are provided 'as is.' Empowered Montessori LLC disclaims all warranties and limits liability to the purchase price paid.

The following describes the content and permissions associated with each link, or digital file.  ​

1. A Guide’s Guide to Maria Montessori’s Life Journey Lesson: Permissions:  You have permission to view this file digitally and print one copy of the manual for your use in a classroom or homeschool setting.  Sharing is not permitted. ​

2. The Lesson Materials: Color Card Materials:   Permissions:  You have permission to print one copy of the card materials for your use in a classroom or homeschool setting.  Sharing is not permitted.  

3. Additional Supporting Materials: Blackline Printable Extensions:  Permissions:  You have permission to print an unlimited number of copies for the children’s use in your classroom or homeschool setting. Unlimited printing' is restricted to direct educational use by the licensee’s students/children. Mass reproduction for third parties is prohibited.  Sharing is not permitted.

Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Products:  Due to the immediate accessibility and non-returnable nature of digital products, all purchases from Empowered Montessori LLC are final and non-refundable. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to the digital content, which cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you experience technical difficulties accessing or using our digital products, please contact our support team. We are committed to resolving any technical issues and ensuring you can fully utilize your purchased materials.  By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy. You accept that the digital nature of the product precludes returns or refunds except under the specific circumstances outlined above.
